The White Spot Anemone Shrimp forms a symbiotic relationship with host anemones, where it gains protection from predators by living among the stinging tentacles. In return, it keeps the anemone clean by consuming small particles and detritus. This shrimp may also live with large soft corals if anemones are unavailable, though anemones are preferred.
