  • Salinity: 1.020-1.025.
  • Aggression: Peaceful; generally shy and does well in community tanks with non-aggressive tankmates. May become territorial with other firefish in smaller tanks.

Special Feature - Secure Lid Required
The Purple Firefish is a known jumper, especially when startled. A tight-fitting lid or mesh cover is essential to prevent escape.
