Orange Clove Polyp Coral - Frag (Clavularia Spp.)

Clove Polyp Corals are soft corals with delicate, feathery polyps that add movement and texture to aquariums. They are beginner-friendly and spread quickly under ideal conditions.

Care Requirements:

• Lighting: Moderate (PAR: 80–150). Thrives in middle areas of the tank with steady light.
• Flow: Moderate to strong. Ensure currents are sufficient to keep detritus away from the colony.
• Feeding: Photosynthetic but benefits from occasional feeding of marine snow or planktonic foods.
• Propagation: Easily propagated by cutting sections of the mat and securing them to new substrate.

Notes:

• Aggression: Low. Clove Polyps rarely harm neighbors but may spread aggressively if not controlled.
• Placement: Place in open areas with moderate flow. Monitor for spreading to unwanted areas.
• Pests: Susceptible to algae overgrowth and aiptasia infestations.
