  • Tank Size: 30 gallons minimum; larger tanks with plenty of rockwork and swimming space are recommended for this active swimmer.
  • Diet: Carnivorous; thrives on a varied diet of meaty foods such as mysis shrimp, brine shrimp, and finely chopped seafood. It also accepts high-quality frozen and pellet foods.
  • Water Temp: 74-78°F.
  • Salinity: 1.020-1.025.
  • Aggression: Peaceful; generally gets along well with other peaceful fish, making it a great candidate for reef and community tanks.
  • Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate; relatively hardy and easy to care for in well-maintained aquariums.

Special Requirement - Secure Lid
The Lubbock's Fairy Wrasse is known to be a jumper, particularly when startled or during periods of increased activity. It is essential to have a secure, tightly fitted lid on the aquarium to prevent the fish from leaping out of the tank.
