SHIPPING & DOA Policy

The DOA Policy applies exclusively to livestock that is shipped. In-store purchases are not covered or guaranteed under this policy
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to our Shipping and DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy. Any issues arising from failure to read or follow these policies, including missed deadlines or improper handling, will not be covered. Additionally, Aqua Integrated is not liable for any delays, mishandling, or other issues that occur during transit due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to carrier delays, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information. These situations are not covered by our DOA or refund policy, and no compensation will be provided for any losses incurred as a result.

IN-STORE PICK UP

Once your online order is processed, it's typically ready for pickup shortly after. You can pick up your order during our regular business hours (TUESDAY TO SUNDAY 12PM - 8PM). Simply provide your email confirmation with a valid ID that matches the name on the order when you arrive, and we will pack your items for you. For large orders or if you're in a hurry, you can call ahead at +1 (236) 996-5598. We'll start preparing your order before you get here, but we prefer to pack as close to your pickup time as possible to minimize the time livestock spends in bags.

SHIPPING AND ORDER POLICY

Shipping Schedule and Important Information Local deliveries are available based on availability from Sunday to Tuesday, between 5 PM and 9 PM, with a daily cutoff time of 4 PM. (Please contact us via Phone call or Email prior to requesting for Local Deliveries)

Orders are shipped from Monday through Wednesday. You will receive an email with your FedEx tracking number once your order has shipped. Orders placed after noon on Wednesday, as well as those placed on Thursday or Friday, will ship the following Monday. Weekend orders (Saturday and Sunday) will also begin shipping on Monday. Please note, during busy periods, it may take us more than one day to process your order. Overnight shipping times are estimated by the courrier and may vary based on your location. We can also ship your order to a local FedEx depot—simply enter the depot's address in the "shipping address" or comments section of your order. It’s important to double-check your shipping details to ensure accuracy. We are not responsible for missed deliveries due to incorrect or unsafe addresses, and refunds will not be issued in those cases. While we strive to assist with any issues that arise during transit, please note that FedEx is responsible for the delivery process. For missing packages, we can help guide you through the claims process with FedEx, but claims can take up to three weeks for a resolution, and reimbursement is not guaranteed. Shipping Information: We only ship to the address provided at checkout and do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please note, we will not offer refunds for shipments sent to an incorrect address or provide refunds for shipping costs. Livestock Overnight Shipping Rates: British Columbia:

SALES TERMS & DOA POLICY

All refunds are issued as store credit only. DOAs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis, excluding cases of courier mishandling. Any issues related to missing orders, or shipping errors caused by the courier will be addressed through the shipping company’s claims process.
Sales Terms: All sales are final, and we do not offer exchanges. Please note that we cannot guarantee color accuracy, as colors may vary slightly from the WYSIWYG images due to differences in lighting, settings, and tank environments. We do not provide refunds for any deaths that occur during or after the acclimation process. Prices are subject to change. While we strive to maintain accurate pricing and product information, errors can occur. If you notice a pricing error, such as an unusually low price, it is likely a mistake. In such cases, we reserve the right to suspend sales of the item until the correct information is updated online. We appreciate your understanding. In rare cases, if the health of a coral or fish is not optimal, we will not ship the item. Instead, we will offer the customer a choice between selecting a different item or receiving a refund. DOA (Dead on Arrival) Policy: In the event of a DOA, you must email us photos within 2 hours of the delivery confirmation from the courrier. Please do not discard the item until you receive further instructions from us. If the DOA is confirmed and the required photos are provided within the 2-hour window, we will issue store credit for the purchase price, minus any shipping charges. No refunds will be given—store credit only. In most cases, we can replace the DOA with a similar or identical item. However, failure to notify us within the 2-hour period will void any guarantees. To process a DOA claim, please provide a clear photo of the item in the original, unopened shipping bag, as well as a photo of the item outside of the bag. For coral orders, a video showing the unopened box being cut open and the unopened bag containing the coral is required. We are not responsible for DOAs caused by courrier delays, and no refunds for shipping charges will be issued. If we are unable to replace your DOA with a comparable item, we will issue store credit for the full purchase price to your account on our website.
